He stretched, the satisfying crack of his back echoing in the stillness of the afternoon. Liam leaned back against the weathered brick of his patio, the sun warm on his face. He'd just finished mowing the lawn, and the fresh scent of cut grass filled the air. A contented sigh escaped his lips.

A shadow fell over him. It was old Mr. Henderson, his neighbor, looking a little sheepish. "Liam," he began, fidgeting with the brim of his hat. "I was thinking... well, I was hoping maybe I could plant a few tomatoes in your side yard?"

Liam ran a hand through his hair, a lazy smile spreading across his face. "Sure, Mr. Henderson. No problem at all. Anything you need." He gestured towards the sunny side yard. "Go for it." He took another long, slow breath, enjoying the simple pleasure of the day.
